30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
Your item is eligible for a return if:
- The item was delivered within the last 30 days
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- The item has no physical damage or defects caused by the customer
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
Contact us at playretrovault@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at playretrovault@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
